Podium Enterprises, the company, was founded over a decade ago by Cam Hodgson. The concept of what Podium Enterprises is, however, has been a lifetime in the making. Years of working directly and indirectly with effective leaders has been the ultimate incubator that has proven lifelong learning is the only way to manage the challenges leaders face. Cam takes the lessons he continues to learn to help people understand the power of their own stories in their daily lives, and how to appreciate the stories of others as we seek to lead in better ways.
